ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Participate in RFP's provide solutions and estimation for testing
2) Do market research on testing best practices
3) conduct testing maturity assessments
4) Build practice capabilities.
5) Establish / connect with DU heads and sales team to expand testing footprint
6) Support automation, Test data management, API testing, performance testing capabilities
7) Develop new initiatives and innovative testing solutions
8) Build reusable collaterals
9) Connect with existing testing deliveries and develop solutions for continuous improvement
