Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and generate prospects
  • Introduce and promote Bigsearch Realty's real estate projects and properties
  • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and amenities
  • Engage customers in a persuasive conversation to generate interest
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Follow up with leads to nurture and arrange site visits
  • Achieve calling numbers and visit alignment target
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals

Educational Qualification:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
