Educational Qualification: B.tech in Mechanical/automobile /Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities:

> To carry our Mass Emission Testing as per Indian /European regulations.

> To carry out internal check of emission Equipment's

> Ensure the quality of new models by doing testing at trial stages .

> Vehicle preparation at Govt. Testing Agencies .

> Ensure the quality of new models by doing testing at trial stages

> Prepare and release control plan for COP activities.

Competency Required:

> Knowledge about CMVR/TAP ,ISO/IEC17025

> Basic knowledge of emission components.

> Analysis of Defects with production and design team related to emission components .

> Knowledge of CI,SI Engines, Flex fuel

> Experience in Vehicle driving on chassis dynamometer

> MS office, graphs, data entry.

> Basic Knowledge about ISO-9001/14001 ,NABL requirements .

> Knowledge on RDE/Euro 6 /Euro 7 /WLTP regulations.

> Knowledge on Inservice and IUPR regulation

> Knowledge on calibration tools

> EV vehicle testing &handling.

Specific Expertise:

> Details knowledge of Mass Emission Testing

> Basic knowledge of calibration gases /reference fuel.

> Knowledge on calibration tools

> Liasioning with test agencies ICAT/ARAI
