Our client is a 100-year-old multinational hi-tec healthcare device manufacturer with multibillion-dollar revenue having their operations spread across in over 100+countries.

They have their GIC in Gurgaon, for several years.

Having implemented SAP S/4 HANA now, they wanted to expand their IT team and hence are looking for best talents for their GIC in Gurgaon.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (16 Years of Education is must)

  • SAP Certified in Extended Warehouse Management in Desired.

Summary of overall job:


  • The Sol. Architect, IT, SAP EWM is accountable for collaborating with the Sol. Architect OTC, MTD, STP in various locations to define, deliver and support SAP enabled business solutions for the Operations, Supply Chain and Shipping functions. This role will also help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for these areas. The Sol. Architect, SAP EWM/LE has primary accountability for the delivery of Warehouse Management system/EWM services including project delivery, system configuration and enhancement and production support in alignment with Terumo India Private Limited and Terumo Americas Holdings company policies and procedures. This Roles includes team management and collaboration for allocation and delivery the EWM, Third Party Logistics, and Customer Consignment space Work.

Essential Experience:


  • Total 10 Years of Experience with SAP Implementation / Support (SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP EWM).
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience in SAP EWM.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Managing the Teams.
  • Experience with major large, complex multi country end to end SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs
  • Strong EWM Configuration Knowledge for Inbound, Outbound and Internal & Cross Processes in embedded and Decentralized EWM
  • Strong Knowledge of Intercompany/Intracompany STO Processes.
  • Experience in handling the Third-Party Logistics Interfaces
  • Cross Functional SAP Knowledge with Production Planning, Quality Management, Sales, and Distribution.
  • Good support experience along with the very good integration knowledge with other SAP and third party systems to/from EWM module is a must
  • Responsible for quality, management and maintenance of development templates, standards, documents and repository throughout the project and later
  • Implement and maintain change and release management process for all process teams

Strategic Planning & Execution (80%)

  • Support the Logistics and Warehouse Management Solutions in client Landscape
  • SAP S4 HANA Incident Management Resolution
  • SAP S4 HANA Change Requests and Enhancement Resolution
  • New rollouts/implementations
  • Good quality documentation and communication
  • Periodic reporting of all responsible tasks
  • Constant communication and interaction with business/process team to ensure good understanding of requirements and thereby develop solution as needed

People Management (20%)

  • People Management & Development
  • Complete ownership of Incidents and Assign to self and Team and work towards resolution and help the team.
  • Evaluate effort estimations for change requests based on resource availability
  • Coordinate with Client SAP COE Team
  • Manage the Logistics Warehouse Management Support team
