Role Overview:
The Regional Manager for B2B sales is a leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and

managing sales operations within a designated region. This position involves developing and

implementing strategic sales plans, leading and motivating sales teams, and fostering strong

relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The Regional Manager plays a critical role in

achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring the overall success of the

company's sales efforts within the region.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
within the assigned region.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales professionals, providing guidance, support,
and coaching to drive performance and results.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers through visits and generate
new business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to sales team
members to drive continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network,
promote brand awareness, and generate leads.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify
opportunities and threats.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis
  • Assist in resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Pay:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
