Description
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Follow the CEO's instructions and execute them.
  • Shadow the CEO and must be available and reachable everytime.
  • Contactacting vendors.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any other additional tasks assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • 23 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, softwares, and technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel anywhere domestically as well as internationally.
  • Must have a laptop and high speed internet(100 MBPS or more).

Job Types:

Pay:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
