Description
Should be able to operate shifts for Processing Daily In bound & Outbound Orders.

  • Should be able to monitor all Tools & drive the team accordingly.
  • Should have team management skills & handle larger team size.
  • Ensure high level of safety & quality standards/ guidelines & 100% adherence of SOP.
  • Ensure on time TC Connections
  • Ensure on time closure of all Reliablity Metrics
  • Should drive all Quaity Metrics
  • Dynamic and flexible to work in different shifts.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage and adapt in the dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Ability to align the operations team towards the common, shared objectives.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills along with strong communication, Willing to work in different shifts (Day and night) as per business requirements.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
