Overview:

Responsibilities:


Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, staying abreast of industry developments.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the
    endtoend sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimise
    CRM systems to track and analyse sales performance, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

Back Office Support:

  • Assist in backoffice functions, including but not limited to order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the company database.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
  • Make calls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and backoffice operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
