Overview:
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, staying abreast of industry developments.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the
endtoend sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage and optimise
CRM systems to track and analyse sales performance, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Back Office Support:
- Assist in backoffice functions, including but not limited to order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
- Make calls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and backoffice operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
