As a Telecaller focused on lead generation, your primary duty is to proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls. Your goal is to identify and qualify leads, paving the way to convert them into customers. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, along with persistence and a results-driven approach.You'll engage prospects, gather crucial information, and maintain an accurate CRM database. Regular follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel are part of your responsibilities. Reporting on call activities and collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize strategies is crucial.
Qualifications include excellent verbal communication, active listening, basic knowledge of services we provide.
