    Role Overview:

    We are looking at qualified and experienced corporate interviewers to conduct virtual interviews with topline stakeholders & executives for the purpose of successfully collecting information on their perspective, experience and feedback on doing business with their financials service providers and obtaining valuable insights to achieve high quality studies. As an Executive Interviewer, you will work as part of a centralized team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and conducting interviews with some of the highest levels of global organizations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and conduct interviews with financial executives pre-selected from global corporates.
    • Represent Bough Consulting to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity.
    • Introducing and debriefing the interviewee with the process of the interview and the nature of questions
    • Explaining the research methodology and use of the results to the interviewee
    • Recording accurate and articulate responses virtually in the template provided
    • Recoding audio and video of complete interview for later transcription
    • Assist the interviewee with any questions about the process or the interview's purpose.
    • Ensuring appropriate conduct and efficient execution of the interview.
    • Own end to end delivery of each completed interview including scheduling of the interview, conducting the interview, documentation of responses and particulars of the practice, gratitude email closure to the interviewee, etc.
    • Input accurate data into the given tracking portal

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce or a related field.
    • 2+ years of professional experience in corporate recruitment or interview.
    • Recruitment background or experience in executive hiring.
    • Holds knowledge about the banking or finance industry.

    Preferred skills:

    • Assist the interviewee with any questions about the process or the interview's purpose.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- ensuring professional conduct and confidence in guiding the interviewee through the interview as well as effectively collect answer questions, if any
    • Robust relationship building skills, professional manner and self-starter
    • Understanding of the financial products and services provided by large corporate banks, asset & wealth managers, FinTech companies and securities exchanges.
    • Professional experience in crafting emails, both concise and accurate documentation
