We are looking for an organized Talent Acquisition Executive to find talent through social media & other job portals in assigned time frame

Manage all phases of fullcycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening, scheduling interviews with technical teams, offer negotiations, placement and on boarding.
Pre-Screening, scheduling virtual / telephonic & facetoface interview, follow
Building rapport with all relevant stakeholders for better footfall and conversion, also involve direct interaction with client for better understanding on the requirement and ratio improvement of conversion
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, develop innovative & sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
Writing job descriptions
Prepare and publish management reports as per agreed timelines
A degree in human resources management or a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a must
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Excellent computer literacy skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies
