    Job Summary:

    As a content manager, you will be leading and managing creative people along with demonstrable creative writing skills. Your role will be crucial in leading and driving the success of our brand. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would love to meet you.To sum it up, you will be overseeing all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, positive customer experience and a strong know-how with yardsticks of success-measurement

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
    • Create and publish engaging content for App-based communication, emailers, performance banners, on ground activations and videos
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style, and layout
    • Liaise with different departments to ensure brand consistency & optimize content for all platforms, online and offline
    • To Work together with agencies for both vernacular translations and campaign briefs.
    • Develop content calendars as per requisition
    • Effective team management and mentoring juniors
    • You will also review the content assets of junior writers and guide them through the finished copy

    Job Requirements:

    • 5 to 8 Years of experience
    • Graduate/MBA in Marketing, English, Journalism, mass communication, mass media, PR, visual communication, or other relevant field
    • A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
    • Effective team management capabilities and excellent communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills in English and a good sense of humor
    • Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media
    • Proficiency in other Indian languages would be an added advantage
