Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires
3. Help maintain employee records and update databases
4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
6. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
7. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively
