We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll have a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products.

Your main responsibility will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing, user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to gain insights that inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to bring design concepts and interactions to life.
Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
Conduct usability testing to collect feedback and iterate on designs.
Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.
Work handinhand with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Thrive in a fastpaced, agile environment, and manage projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
Possess at least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong grasp of usercentred design principles and best practices.
Keen eye for aesthetics, exceptional visual design skills, and great attention to detail.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
Experience in user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
