Description

This role is responsible for New Product Development, Process Development within targeted timelines, Analysis of all Market Samples & and doing Comparisons with our existing Product Range, and development of New Analytical Methods.

Ø Research and communicate new developments in products

Ø Develop, execute, and monitor the R&D budget.

Ø Maintain current formula/recipe database system and verify new recipe accuracy prior to implementation

Ø He/she needs to maintain an internal Sample tracking sheet which includes all samples such as pre-shipment, external lab testing samples, etc.
