Education -Any Graduation in any stream
Job Description:
Ø Reviewing the company debtor list.
Ø Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Ø Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Ø Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
Ø Investigate historical data for debts and bills
Ø Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Ø Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Ø Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Ø Negotiating suitable payment plans.
Ø Maintaining customer payment records.
Ø Responding to customer queries.
Ø Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Ø Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
Ø Investigate historical data for debts and bills
Ø Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Ø Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Skills:
Ø - Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
Ø - Excellent knowledge of billing procedures
Ø - Knowledge of various collection techniques
Ø - Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Ø - Working knowledge of MS Office and databases MS Excel
Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
