    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Intelligent Automation Program Manager located in Chandigarh. As a Senior Intelligent Automation Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing intelligent automation projects and programs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop business cases, and implement automation solutions. You will also ensure successful delivery of projects, manage project budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement in automation processes.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in managing and delivering intelligent automation projects or programs
    • Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • Relevant certifications in intelligent automation technologies and project management are preferred
