**Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance:Greet and assist hotel guests with travel-related inquiries, such as transportation options, tour bookings, and local attractions.
Provide information and recommendations to help guests make informed decisions about their travel plans.

Transportation Coordination:
Arrange transportation for guests, including airport transfers, car rentals, and local transportation services.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services, and coordinate with transportation providers.

Tour Bookings:
Assist guests in booking tours, excursions, and other activities in the local area.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and tour options.

Reservations and Bookings:
Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other entertainment venues.
Ensure that all bookings are accurate and confirmed.

Payment and Billing:
Handle billing and payment processing for travel-related services.
Maintain accurate records of guest expenses and payment information.

Guest Satisfaction:
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to travel arrangements promptly and professionally.
Gather feedback from guests and continuously improve services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Communication:
Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and travel service providers.
Collaborate with the hotel's front desk and concierge to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory and records of promotional materials, brochures, and information related to local attractions and services.

**Languages:
- ** English, Hindi and Marathi
