Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our software products and services in the assigned territory.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and key decisionmakers to focus sales and marketing efforts effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and ensure timely followup to close deals.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers as needed to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software products, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
