What You'll Do at Pega:

70% Scrum Teams - 1 to 2 teams
Support and guide development teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the agile mindset

20% Agile Learnings
Learn from the experiences of other Scrum Master
Be a mentee supporting an experienced Scrum Master in their daily job
Attend meetings organized by more experienced colleagues to share the knowledge

10% Chapter Work
Learn from and contribute to the Agile Leadership Chapter

Who You Are:

You are an aspiring servant leader who leads by example and has the skill to bring out the best in team members

You are eager to build strong teams
You are not afraid to propose changes, share ideas, act on initiatives, navigate conflicts in the interest of building a common understanding and an open, healthy work environment
You are focused on continuous improvement of yourself and your surroundings

What You've Accomplished:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering projects
Experience using variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)

Knowledge and understanding of change model(s) and change management in an organization.
Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
At least 1 year as a full time scrum master
