Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing/Events Management.

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year

Key Requirements

Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills of English, Hindi, Gujarati languages.
Good Organizational skills, ability to work with cross functional teams, ability to multitask and good timemanagement.
Profound Analytical skills and Datadriven thinking.
Proficiency in using MS Office.
Requisite understanding of Brand and Luxury lifestyle.
A selfstarter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Timely and wellversed with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Accountability for planning and executing variety of events organized around Brand marketing like tradeshows, talks, seminars, workshops, etc.
Coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, liasoning with vendors, planning budgets, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collaterals.
Effective onsite management and control during set up, delivery and breakdown for all

Events.

Look after all aspects of live event delivery including venue, AV, speakers/trainer's liaison, exhibitor management, communications, catering, signage, technical delivery support etc.
Take care of sponsorship, exhibitor, delegate and stakeholder management and liaison.
Manage customer experience including measuring effectively both customer satisfaction levels and impact of the programme/event.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure highquality and timely execution of marketing programs ensuring competitiveness.
