It's business activities briefly cover manufacturing of glass bottles for the pharmaceutical industry, installing and serving vending machines in corporates, running business centers, leasing of commercial offices, real estate development, real estate broking, indenting of high machine tools, importing of frozen foods (and in turn selling to leading hotel chains).
We are currently looking for a CEO for our real estate division.
The candidate must be totally self-motivated & have a remarkable work experience in the real estate industry.
The candidate must have at least 20 years work experience of starting & running a profitable real estate project (at least 25 acres), with entire profit & loss responsibility.
The current assignment involves taking over an existing real estate project situated at Ambernath, Mumbai. (Details shall be explained during the interview process)
Depending on the performance of the project, future growth plans will (or will not) be initiated by the company. The said candidate, likewise, would be given full charge & complete P&L responsibility for the same.
The assignment is Mumbai based. The candidate will directly report to the Board of Directors. The compensation package would be comparable with the best in the business and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
