Your role will involve contributing to continued growth and advancement through the
establishment, maintenance, and expansion of a retail client and partner portfolio, focusing
on increasing their number, lifetime, and value to the company.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with the key account manager to achieve goals and targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and partners.
- Generate a pipeline of highvalue prospects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
- Handle relationship management and issue resolution.
- Develop industry expertise and competitive analysis.
- Understand partner business activities and client needs.
- Ensure compliance with business and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience of 23 years as a telesales representative or other sales or customer

- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience and
