Brief:
Your role will involve contributing to continued growth and advancement through the

establishment, maintenance, and expansion of a retail client and partner portfolio, focusing

on increasing their number, lifetime, and value to the company.

zones and cultures, within a collegial and supportive team.


Job Description:


  • Collaborate with the key account manager to achieve goals and targets.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and partners.
  • Generate a pipeline of highvalue prospects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Handle relationship management and issue resolution.
  • Develop industry expertise and competitive analysis.
  • Understand partner business activities and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:


  • Prior Experience of 23 years as a telesales representative or other sales or customer
service role servicing in a financial or capital markets industry. (Forex, Indices,

Commodities, Shares, etc)

  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience and
knowledge of Indian native languages will be advantageous.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Goaloriented, innovative, professional, and cooperative mindset, with an eagerness
to learn

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to present products/services over the phone, deal with complaints and
doubts, and resolve issues


Salary:
₹8, ₹31,793.84 per month
