    Position: Junior Graphic Designer

    Location: Mumbai HO

    Experience: 1-3 years

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Mumbai Head Office. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create visually engaging designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the design and development of creative assets for digital and print projects, including but not limited to, social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with senior designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Generate creative ideas and concepts, and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.
    • Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
    • Support the production of design deliverables, including image editing, layout design, and file preparation for print and digital distribution.
    • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
    • Assist in maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries and design files.
    • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine and improve design outputs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction, and incorporate feedback.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design excellence.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
