    Job Description: Graphic Designer

    Company: Level SuperMind

    Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

    CTC: 4 LPA - 5 LPA

    performance. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our creative

    team and develop visually appealing designs for our app.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to understand design requirements.
    • Create visually engaging graphics for social media, marketing materials, and more.
    • Assist in designing layouts, logos, banners, and other visual elements.
    • Incorporate feedback to iterate and refine designs.
    • Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
    • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
    • 1 year + relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
    • A creative portfolio showcasing previous design projects (if available).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.
    • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    Salary : As per Market Standards

    Working Hours: 45 hours per week (in-office 10AM - 7PM)

    Working days: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)
