Executive - Finance
- Bookkeeping (posting of daily accounting transactions)
- Entry of bills & payments
- Payroll processing support
- Preparation of accruals
- Preparing month end reports
- Month end reconciliations (debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.)
- Assisting in audit compliance and internal control responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining of reports related to various filings
- Maintenance of documents /accounting records
- Assist with preparation of budgets, variance analysis
- Coordinate in preparation of regulatory reporting and monitor internal controls
- Filings of statutory returns
- Responding queries
Requirement:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 34 years of relevant experience
- MS office, accounting systems
- Knowledge in General accounting / Payroll and other statutory and regulatory compliances
