Job title:
Admin Assistant - Mumbai


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring that office equipment is in good working order.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including spreadsheets, databases, and other documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, and support the coordination of events and meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Mumbai office manager.

Targets:

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations, as measured by office metrics and data.
  • Increase customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback and surveys.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and achieve overall office goals and objectives for our Mumbai office.
  • Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:


Skills:1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain records and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively resolve administrative challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:


  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to a team or department.
