Job title:
Admin Assistant - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring that office equipment is in good working order.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including spreadsheets, databases, and other documents.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, and support the coordination of events and meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
- Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Mumbai office manager.
Targets:
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations, as measured by office metrics and data.
- Increase customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback and surveys.
- Continuously improve administrative processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and achieve overall office goals and objectives for our Mumbai office.
- Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Skills:1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain records and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively resolve administrative challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Experience in providing administrative support to a team or department.
