About the Job:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

with relevant working experience on a enterprise product with cutting edge web development technologies, understanding of product development life-cycle using agile/scrum methodology, and the ability to work within a fast-paced team with high proficiency in writing clean, well-structured code with proper abstraction and re-usability.

Work from Home (remotely)

Job Role:

Troubleshooting Products Tools/API,
Help Clients into Setting up Web Campaign, Geo Targetings, Budget Settings, Log Matching, Debug

Must-Have:

2 years of experience.
Experience in handling crossbrowser compatibility, Web Services (REST/Custom API)
Knowledge of Performance marketing, Lead Tracking, and Affiliate Tracking Software or Any Sotware as Service
A solid understanding of Web/App Conversion Pixel Tracking
Strong Techincal skills, good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
