    Varicent Developer (ICM)


    The Job :

    • Having 3+ years' experience in Varicent (also called IBM ICM) Development.
    • Varicent Developer (ICM)
    • Functional knowledge of SPM, database management and programming tools, reporting tools such as Actuate, Crystal, and Business Objects is desirable.

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
    • Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
    • Configuration, customization and integration of application
    • System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, system solution design.
    • Implement end to end automation of the process
    • Work on multiple databases to load, extract and transform data.
    • Develop validation checks to achieve accuracy at every stage of the process.
    • Build SQLs for imports and analysis
    • Interfacing with technical and business stakeholders internal and external
    • Defining the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired endstates and deliver solutions.
    • Leading development activities including handson development, reviews and providing technical guidance to team members
