Job Summary:
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Senior Strategy Lead will be responsible for the development of territory attribution and allocation models, sales target attribution and allocations, and compensation elements that leverage the territories and sales targets.
The Lead will be responsible for conducting modeling of the sales territory and targets against actual business results and analyzing the results. Leveraging the results, the Lead will be responsible for model adjustments and implementation recommendations. Lead will be responsible for developing and supporting effective change management.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct current state analysis of business processes supporting the sales territory and target definition and allocation.
· Define opportunities and key performance targets for sales territory and target process improvement.
· Develop enhanced sales territory attribution and target allocation structures.
· Support the definition of business requirements and functional design of a new sales territory and target management solution.
· Support testing of previously mentioned solution
· Design of sales territory and target operational reporting, dashboards, and associated analytics.
· Develop and support field change management materials and process roll out.
· Ongoing ownership of sales territory and target management processes and solution, post roll out of the transformation.
· Modeling and development of recommendations on how to integrate sales territory and targets into existing sales compensation structures.
· Identify process improvement opportunities using lean principles.
· Function effectively in high paced environment with multiple priorities
· Effectively communicate with audiences ranging from functional support roles and account managers to senior company leadership.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, Mathematics, Information Technology, or the equivalent work experience is required.
· 10+ years of related experience required working with sales incentive compensation.
· 5+ years of related experience required working sales territory and sales target management processes and solutions.
· Hands on experience with multiple Sales Force Effectiveness platforms. Experience with and certification on platforms such as , SAP Commissions, Varicent, Xactly, or Anaplan is highly desired.
· Experience with designing and implementing SFE focused reporting and dashboards.
