Introduction:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance

compliance, TDS, and experience with Tally ERP software. This role involves handling import-export

documentation, managing financial records, and preparing MIS reports.


Key Responsibilities:

• GST Compliance:
• Prepare and file GST returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all GST transactions.
• Reconcile GST ledgers and address any discrepancies.
• TDS Management:
• Ensure compliance with all TDS requirements.
• Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
• Issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees.
• Financial Reporting and Documentation:
• Utilize Tally ERP for daily accounting and financial tasks.
• Prepare accurate monthly MIS reports for senior management review.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and audit reports.
• Import-Export Documentation:
• Manage and document financial transactions related to import and export activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding international trade.
• Coordinate with customs agents and other external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Proficient understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Experience with importexport documentation and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
