Supervise Stewarding Team_:
Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team, ensuring they understand their duties and responsibilities in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- _Dishwashing and Tableware Management_: Oversee the proper washing, sanitizing, and storage of kitchen equipment, tableware, glassware, and utensils to maintain a continuous supply for the culinary team and dining service.
- _
Kitchen Equipment Maintenance_: Ensure the proper handling and cleaning of kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers, to prolong their lifespan and maintain their functionality.
- _
Cleaning and Sanitation_: Monitor and enforce strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen and service areas, complying with health department regulations and best practices
- _
Waste Management_: Oversee the proper disposal of waste and ensure recycling initiatives are implemented wherever possible to minimize the environmental impact.
- _
Stock Management_: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment needed for the stewarding department, ensuring adequate stock levels at all time
- _
Safety Compliance_: Ensure that the stewarding team follows safety guidelines, including the safe handling of chemicals, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to safety protocols.
- _
Collaboration with Other Departments_: Work closely with the culinary team, service staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and a hygienic dining environment.
- _
Training and Development_: Conduct regular training sessions for the stewarding team on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- _
Performance Evaluation_: Monitor the performance of stewards, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to recognize outstanding contributions and address areas for improvement.
- _
Problem Solving_: Identify and resolve any issues related to cleanliness, equipment malfunction, or stewarding operations to maintain efficient workflows.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
