Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Reach out to the customers/ drivers assigned on a daily basis.
  • Understand the concerns raised by the customer/drivers
  • Logically analyze the issues highlighted and cross verify.
  • Maintain the quality of conversation as per internal standards
  • Build short term relationships with prospects to improve chances of conversion
  • Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management
  • Past experience in TeleSales profile
  • Good Communication
  • Logical Thinking
  • Telesales/outbound calls experience
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Have their Own Laptop & Strong WiFi connect
