Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:


v Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the healthcare and optical retail industry.

v Analyze market data to develop insights and recommendations for business growth strategies.


Business Strategy and Planning:

v Collaborate with the senior management team to develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

v Create and implement detailed action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence within hospital networks.


Hospital Partnership Development:

v Identify and target potential hospital partners for collaboration in establishing optical retail centers within their facilities.

v Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to foster partnerships.


Sales and Revenue Generation:

v Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

v Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging in sales activities, negotiation, and deal closures.


Networking and Relationship Building:

v Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.

v Leverage networking opportunities to enhance the company's brand and foster new business relationships.


Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

v Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of business development initiatives.

v Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve overall company operations and strategies.


Reporting and Analysis:

v Prepare regular reports detailing business development activities, progress against targets, and key performance indicators.

v Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential adjustments to strategies.


Qualifications:

v Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

v Proven track record of successful business development within the healthcare or retail industry, preferably in the optical sector.

v Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and optical retail trends.

v Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.

v Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

v Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

v Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

v Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

v Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and nurture partnerships.


Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
