Position description:

To acquire clients & constant engagement with the branches for lead generation and provide adequate support to the branch

Primary Responsibilities:

Branch Visit & Engagement:
Visit and manage the branches as assigned
Constantly engage with the RM, PB and other Branch staff to ensure maximum lead generation
Attend and ensure timely closure of the leads generated
Documentation collection and file login at Local Ops/RAOPS
Providing prompt service for any customer queries Pre and Post sales
Create LAS product awareness & Lead generation through various marketing activities like Pamphlet distribution through LAS Camps in Corporates, Loan Melas /carnival
Cross-Sell:
Cross sell of Asset and Liability: CASA & Fixed Deposit
Cross sell TPP products: Life and Non
Life Insurance
FTNR:
Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS
Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month

Additional Responsibilities:

Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.
