Job Summary :

The MDO functional is responsible for the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of master data governance solutions in MDO. This role involves deep technical expertise in MDO along with an understanding of master data governance and MDM processes to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially procurement, finance, sales and manufacturing, to deliver end-to-end digital master data governance solutions that support company-wide strategic goals.

Areas Of Responsibility:

• Experience as a Master Data senior analyst or expert in SAP implementation/roll-out projects.
• Functional background and implementation project experience in Prospecta MDO (data model with focus on a Business Partner, configuration, integration)
• Extensive or expert knowledge in Material, Customer, Vendor domains. Knowledge in Sales pricing, BOM, Routing will be bonus.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Master Data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and validation.
• Familiarity with the dependencies between SAP Master Data objects and knowledge of SAP Master Data tables and their content.
• Process and systems mapping experience.
• Proven ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to immerse in Master Data-related topics given the high complexity of the data model.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and presentation skills
• Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and cooperation with a 3rd-party solution providers
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
• Work mostly with master data business team members in design, implement and continuous improvement of the MDO solution. Additionally, work with IT functional leaders to ensure synergy and harmonization in design/changes for master data in MDO.
• Be an integral part of MDO projects; roll-out of the MDO solution to other countries.
• Utilize your Industry expertise in the field of MDO solutions to deliver integrated solutions with other modules in R2R, P2P, O2C, P2M within ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.) and other SaaS solutions like Success Factors, Concur, etc.
• Ensuring documentation is in place for any changes since it interacts with validated system(s).
• Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Educational Qualification:

BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

Specific Certification:

Master data governance in Prospecta MDO (SAP)

Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage

Experience:

Total Master data governance processes in ERP: 6-8 years

Experience in Prospecta MDO: 2+ years
