Job Description:

Responsibilities and duties:

Design and create enticing animations
Ability to extract and upload Fast Moving Content (FMC) and to make quick, creative editing decisions to produce high quality, eyecatching edited packages without a directorial supervision.
Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project
Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics
Select and edit video tracks for the animation
Edit artwork illustrations and infographics used in the animation
Proven working experience in motion graphics, video editing, development and postproduction with an impressive body of work
Should have excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Ability to work with infographic artwork with speed and precision
Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Word and PowerPoint
Maintain file structure of draft/completed artwork

Qualifications:

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
4+ years of professional experience in video production and motion design
Expert level command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, design, and video production and editing
Excellent presentation skills and storytelling ability
Ownership and accountability for work and outcomes—with a dedication to the details and the big picture—and a focus on the best outcomes
Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly, simplifying creative solutions wherever possible
Excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Curiosity and willingness to explore, ideate, and experiment
Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, Blender is an added advantage
Chennai as the Working Location

He was a contract employee with Paragon for 9 months (btw April to Dec'22) and got relieved once the contract got ended, now the business wants to hire him full time for the new Direct business.
