Brief Description:

  • The position of call centre agent (inbound & outbound) consists of being the first line of contact for users with Road Side Assistance/Medical Assistance/Health Assistance. We are searching for a polite, professional call centre representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by answering questions, handling complaints. The call centre representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer.

Position Name:

  • Customer Service Executive

Job Profile:

  • Analyze Customer problems and providing solutions using the knowledge based
  • Assist less experienced representatives as necessary
  • Diagnose customer issues through process of elimation by asking probing questions
  • Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines
  • Explain service contract provisions to dissatisfied customers
  • Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customers situation
  • Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure and follow the scripts
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
  • Ability to use logics and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions.
  • A college degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in practical industry preferred.
  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility from time to time

Pay:
₹10, ₹35,253.20 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Sector 30 Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
