Brief on the Organization:
- Deliverables:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare voucher.
- Any other clerical support.
- Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Qualification:
Essential:
- Graduate degree
- Experience:
Essential:
- Around 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and phone systems.
Desirable:
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
