    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. DataCollection andAnalysis:
    • Collect datafrom various sources within theorganization.
    • Clean organize and analyze datato identify trends patterns andinsights.
    • Develop methods for data qualityimprovement andstandardization.
    1. ReportGeneration:
    • Create andmaintain reports dashboards and visualizations using relevantsoftware tools (e.g. Excel Power BITableau).
    • Generate periodic reports on keyperformance indicators (KPIs) operational metrics and otherrelevant data points.
    • Customize reports as perthe requirements of differentstakeholders.
    1. DatabaseManagement:
    • Maintain andupdate databases to ensure accuracy and reliability ofdata.
    • Implement data security measures toprotect sensitive information.
    • Troubleshootdatabaserelated issues and optimize databaseperformance.
    1. ProcessImprovement:
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvement based on dataanalysis.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to implement processenhancements.
    • Monitor the effectiveness ofimplemented changes and make adjustments asnecessary.
    1. DecisionSupport:
    • Provide decisionsupport by presenting insights and recommendations based on dataanalysis.
    • Assist management in making informeddecisions by providing relevant data andanalysis.
    1. Training andDocumentation:
    • Trainemployees on data collection procedures report generation anddatabase usage.
    • Document processes proceduresand best practices related to MISactivities.
    1. AdhocAnalysis:
    • Conduct adhocanalysis as requested by management or otherdepartments.
    • Respond to datarelated inquiriesand provide timelysupport.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems BusinessAdministration or related field.
    • Provenexperience in a similar role preferably in the field of MIS or dataanalysis.
    • Proficiency in data analysis toolsand software such as Microsoft Excel SQL Power BI Tableauetc.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy.
    • Effective communication andpresentation skills.
    • Ability to workindependently as well as in a teamenvironment.
    • Knowledge of database managementprinciples and practices.
    • Familiarity with datavisualization techniques.
    • Understanding ofbusiness processes and KPIs.
    TheMIS Executive plays a vital role in supporting decisionmakingprocesses by providing timely and accurate information tostakeholders across the organization. This position requires acombination of technical expertise analytical skills and businessacumen to effectively manage data and drive processimprovements.
    Workingdays Mon to Fri (9.30am to6.30pm)
