Introduction:


We at Ketto, are looking for someone with 2+ years of work experience in compliance and document verification work to join our Compliance Team.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Verify KYC documentation of people/organizations raising and withdrawing funds
  • Review complaints from users alleging instances of fraud and manage compliance & funds withdrawalrelated queries
  • Review highrisk transactions and fundraisers flagged by internal fraudcheck tools
  • Work with the customer support and product teams to ensure a smooth internal process and ideate product improvements

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma with 2+ years of compliance, document verification work experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced startup environment
  • Strong communication skills able to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Strong observational and analytical skills; proficient with Excel
  • Willingness to handle queries during nonoffice hours, on occasion

Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
