Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of various initiatives within our salon and beauty retail business.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and store personnel, to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from inception to completion.

This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring everyone is wellinformed about project status and changes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost tracking for projects.
  • Ensure project documentation and files are organized and maintained.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering quality results.

Salary:
₹12, ₹42,107.34 per month
