Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs for a variety of projects.

This role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that the designs align with the overall brand identity.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and objectives.
• Use industrystandard design software (e

g, Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and artwork.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve design skills and stay competitive in the market.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to enhance design projects.
• Provide graphic support for events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Ensure that all design assets are appropriately archived and organised for future reference and use.
• Assist in creating and updating design templates to streamline the design process.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
• Proficiency in using design software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
• Detailoriented, with strong organisational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and innovative approach to problemsolving and visual storytelling.

Salary Range:

• CTC Range : LPA
