Hyperion Support Service

Experience: 4+ years

Location:
Remote
24x7
Technical and functional support service for Hyperion Planning and Essbase including the following details:

  • Conduct service request analysis
  • Assisting with problem identification and problem reproduction through remote VPN/Zoom connection
  • Assist in formulating an initial technical issue resolution plan
  • Assist in executing the technical and functional issue resolution plan and adjusting such plan as appropriate as required
  • Assisting with the creation of a reproducible test case required by Oracle Support Services and/or Oracle Development to resolve a service request and helping to determine a suitable workaround for the problem
  • Assisting with potential workarounds
  • Assisting with testing the proposed solution
  • Conducting root cause analysis regarding an incident in Oracle Hyperion environment
  • Performing research and/or testing regarding new features or functions of Oracle Hyperion or service requests, as necessary or when requested by customer

Delivery model:


  • This is a
    24x7 remote service, no onsite coverage required

Considerations:


  • The products suite to be covered are EPM Hyperion Essbase, Planning.
  • Perfect English, work in UK time zone.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹1,427,655.66 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
Hyperion Planning: 4 years (preferred)
Hyperion Essbase: 4 years (preferred)
