    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Lead to join our team in Bangalore.

    As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, , Angular, ) and TypeScript.

    You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team to ensure the successful delivery of - Lead the design, architecture, and development of software solutions using the MEAN Stack and TypeScript.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
    • Mentor junior developers, providing support and assistance as needed to foster their growth and development.
    • Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability of solutions.
    • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and practices.
    • Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, working closely with the development team to implement effective
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on fullstack development using the MEAN Stack.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in development.
    • Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
    • Experience managing projects and leading development teams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as React or
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure.
    • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
