Responsibilities:


  • Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
  • Need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
  • Helps manage company operations daily, providing oversight, planning and strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders in the company to create and implement new processes, review old or outdated processes, and discuss longterm objectives to increase efficiency and maximize profits.
  • Help to develop training and education programmers to help the company develop talent.
  • Developing talent can help improve the quality of the business's outputs, might increase employee morale, and can boost productivity.
  • Creating sales or production goals often in cooperation with executives and production people.
  • Oversight of the daytoday operations.
  • Identifying issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services and creating a solution to promptly address problems.

  • Leading teams, creating, and implementing new processes and measuring performance.
