Responsibilities:
Supporting Software Products


  • The job requires supporting software products for international customers in the US, UK, and Australia, who are native English speakers.
  • Engage proactively with customers using the engagement model based on the model laid out by the company.
  • Effectively communicate all products and their benefits to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to showcase product solutions with the best product fit. Understand how eCommerce businesses work
  • Work with internal crossfunctional teams (product, marketing, etc) to ensure customers' issues/solutions are addressed effectively
  • Understand the typical persona of customers from different countries.
  • Create tools and documents that help customers to use our products effectively.
  • Own two key metrics (Increase resolution rate & Customer Retention)
  • Use customer engagement tools like (Freshdesk, Intercom, etc) (Training will be provided to get familiar with the tools)

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal skills in the English language you should be able to speak and write in English fluently
  • Very Strong written and verbal /communication skills (ESSENTIAL)
  • Selfstarter who can own ongoing product support programs
  • Ability to report and share status on a timely / predefined interval
  • Flair communicates with customers proactively

Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
