Responsibilities:
Supporting Software Products
- The job requires supporting software products for international customers in the US, UK, and Australia, who are native English speakers.
- Engage proactively with customers using the engagement model based on the model laid out by the company.
- Effectively communicate all products and their benefits to customer inquiries.
- Ability to showcase product solutions with the best product fit. Understand how eCommerce businesses work
- Work with internal crossfunctional teams (product, marketing, etc) to ensure customers' issues/solutions are addressed effectively
- Understand the typical persona of customers from different countries.
- Create tools and documents that help customers to use our products effectively.
- Own two key metrics (Increase resolution rate & Customer Retention)
- Use customer engagement tools like (Freshdesk, Intercom, etc) (Training will be provided to get familiar with the tools)
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in the English language you should be able to speak and write in English fluently
- Very Strong written and verbal /communication skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Selfstarter who can own ongoing product support programs
- Ability to report and share status on a timely / predefined interval
- Flair communicates with customers proactively
