Job Description:


Institutional Sales in the home appliance industry, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies that increase revenue and market share within the institutional customer segment.


Your key duties may include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key institutional customers such as hotels, hospitals, government agencies, and educational institutions, among others.


Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers, analyzing market trends, and recommending new products and services that meet the needs of institutional customers.


Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings and pricing are competitive, as well as working closely with marketing and product development to ensure products meet customer needs.

Creating and presenting sales proposals to institutional customers, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Providing ongoing account management support to institutional customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and developing reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong sales and negotiation abilities.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, along with relevant sales experience in the home appliance industry is typically required.
