Description
Duties and responsibilities- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Redeem stamps and coupons.
- Crosssell products and introduce new ones.
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Graduation in any stream
- Excellent verbal communication and good at systems
- Maths knowledge
- Patience and an ability to remain calm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle criticism
- 6 months to 2 yrs experience
- Knowledge of accounting software
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
