Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell insurance products to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

For Fresher: 12th pass

  • For Experienced: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Targetdriven and resultoriented mindset.

Salary:


  • For Fresher: Up to 15,000 INR per month.
  • For Experienced: Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:

₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)


Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
